Manufacturing / Production Operator

Scottsdale, AZ

Contract Position

\$19.76/Hour

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic to complex production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

• Follow specified methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficiency with hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial tools.

• Ability to set up basic equipment and process hardware to meet specifications.

• General knowledge of measuring equipment and basic math.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
