Job Title: People and Culture Administrator

Location: North Scottsdale, Arizona

Compensation: Depending on Experience

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental and Vision)

Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Job Description: People and Culture Administrator needed in North Scottsdale

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Offer guidance and support to address individual challenges and promote growth opportunities.

· Collaborate with employees to create personalized development plans aligned with their career aspirations and organizational objectives.

· Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to support employee growth and advancement.

· Design and facilitate management training sessions aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities, fostering effective communication, and promoting employee engagement.

· Coordinate and deliver weekly training sessions for supervisors and team leads to strengthen their supervisory skills, team management techniques, and conflict resolution abilities.

· Collaborate with department heads to assess team dynamics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize team performance and cohesion.

· Develop and implement retention strategies focused on enhancing job satisfaction, recognizing employee contribution, and promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

· Strong understanding of employee development principles, performance management experience, and training methodologies.

· Excellent communication, intrapersonal and facilitation skills.

· High ethical standards
