Responsibilities Job Summary The Human Resources Business Partner forms strategic partnerships with operational leaders to address human resources issues, support organizational strategies and proactively lead and influence organizational change. Delivers standardized HR services that support the business strategies, enhance organizational capability and support the mission and vision of the organization. Serves the organization and leadership team as a consultant and partner on all HR related issues to ensure consistency. These issues include, but are not limited to, employee relations, performance management, labor relations, training/education, and policy application. May lead and/or assist with resolving employee relations issues providing a strong influence/support towards a balanced leadership approach. May be assigned network level projects as part of stakeholder analysis to provide input and ideas towards program development and execution. Collaborates with all levels of leadership to run internal projects that drive employee engagement across the business. Manages employee satisfaction feedback/process and encourages leaders and staff to participate. Engage with managers in identifying and committing to improvement actions. Partners with managers to swiftly resolve individual performance/capability issues using appropriate tools such as improvement plans. Encourage leaders to have clear and straightforward conversations with people about their strengths, limitations, development needs, and career aspirations and to develop mentoring coaching relationships with key talent. Understand the business activities, strategies and plans and barriers to sustainable performance and needs of internal clients and employees. Regularly attends facility huddles to include CNO, COO and CEO meetings. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' of progressively responsible related work experience - Must possess a strong knowledge of human resources and business as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management or related discipline.
