Carton Maker Worker will assemble 12x 12 x 20 carton and place a sticker on carton\ Cutter - While walking and using a 6 straight blade, the worker will select and cut Broccoli approximately 8 in length and place on table.Packer Depending on the type of Broccoli to be packed, worker will place cut Broccoli into packaging until full. There are 3 types of packaging that workers will pack. Crowns, Bunches and Florets. Once the cartons are\ filled, worker will close carton and place carton on take away belt.\ Crowns Cut Broccoli is placed into packaging until full, worker will place Broccoli into packaging carton, close carton and place carton on take away belt.\ Bunch Workers will use a bunching machine. Worker will place a rubber band into bunching machine. Worker select by size the Broccoli stalk and organize (either 2 or 3). Worker will place Broccoli stalks side down into\ rubber band machine and activate bunching machine which places rubber band onto Broccoli stalks. Worker will place Broccoli into packaging carton, close carton and place carton on take away belt.\ Florets Worker will place a stalk of Broccoli on table and while using a 6 Floret knife, cut floret branch off of stalk. Worker will place Broccoli Floret into a plastic bag. Worker will place full plastic bags into packaging carton, close carton and place carton on take away belt.\ Stacker Worker will lay 40-pound pallet in a row on trailer. Worker will remove cartons from take away belt and stack six (6) or seven (7) high on pallet. During stacking, the worker will place a 1 1/4W by 48 L slat in between every two levels of cartons. Worker will then place a nylon three (3) straps with buckle around pallet stacks and buckle.\ Tractor Driver/machine operator Will place pallets and load boxes on platform. Place V-boards and tie down load. Transport trailer from the field to the staging area.\ Forklift Operator - Operator will unload full pallets off of trailer. Operator will stack and unstack pallets of packed product into cooler and onto trucks for shipment as directed and trained by Supervisory Personnel.\ Weeding Description - Using a 6 broad bladed lettuce knife, worker will insert knife into ground next to base of weed and pull with fingers.

Cutter Worker will work by kneeling on beds next to machine. Under the direction of the field supervisors, employee determines the size and quality of the product to be harvested. While using a harvesting knife, the worker cuts the product from its roots and removes defective leaves and trims the stems. The product is tied and placed upon the machine table.\ Packer worker will pack/place tied product into either 30 count or 60 count carton.\ Stacker Worker will lay 40-pound pallet in a row on trailer. Worker will remove cartons from take away belt and stack six (6) or seven (7) high on pallet. During stacking, the worker will place a 1 1/4W by 48 L slat in between every two levels of cartons. Worker will then place a nylon three (3) straps with buckle around pallet\ stacks and buckle.\ Carton Maker Worker will make cartons by unfolding and bending the carton as designated to form a box and place a sticker on carton.\ Tractor Driver/machine operator Will place pallets and load boxes on platform. Worker will peel off outer stalks and cut off top of Celery stalk to 14 length and place on table.\ Field/Tractor Packer Depending on type of celery to be packed, worker will put celery into sleeves and/or place celery into carton,\ in the field. There are four (4) different types of packs, Naked Pack, Sleeved Pack, Hearts Pack and Sticks Pack. Worker will close carton and place carton onto takeaway belt.\ Naked Pack Worker will separate by cut celery by size and place similar sizes into cartons. Worker will pack 24, 30, 36 and 48 celery stalks into carton. Worker will close carton and place carton onto takeaway belt.\ Sleeved - Worker will separate by cut celery by size and place similar sizes into plastic sleeves. Worker will then pack 24, 30, 36 and 48 celery stalks into carton. Worker will close carton and place carton onto takeaway belt.\ Hearts Worker will place cut celery stalk on table and while using a 14 celery knife, cut top off of celery stalk to approximately 12.
