About the Job:

We are hiring an EDI Data Specialist that will be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient implementation process for Third Party Integrations with Arcoro (and related systems). The position is tasked with efficiently completing EDI file builds to allow the transfer of enrollment data most commonly to an insurance carrier.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze EDI and data requirements from customers and insurance carriers.

  • Day to day support, administration and maintenance as Level 2 or 3 support for reported issues with EDI files.

  • Mapping, building, testing, and scheduling of files using Arcoro’s proprietary software solution. The files assigned will typically include single benefit files in the HIPAA 834 format but will also include fixed-length, comma delimited, and other proprietary file formats

  • Create a customer experience second to none, while managing multiple concurrently running projects – ensuring customers are referenceable.

  • Focus on timely scoping, completion of project milestones, quality review, scheduling and delivery of professional services projects.

  • Work with third-party vendor and client representatives as needed to complete projects.

  • Ensure data quality and minimize risk for all projects maintaining security and proper handling of PII and PHI.

  • Clearly and concisely document all project requirements and deliverables

  • Proactively identify potential project delays and create contingency plans.

  • Communicate key information via appropriate channels to ensure project stakeholders are informed of project deadlines, status, timeliness, and performance.

  • Maintain project documentation and key milestones, dates, and contacts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelors degree, Information Technology or Computer Science preferred.

  • Two or more years equivalent work experience.

  • Two or more years HR technology experience preferred.

  • Two or more years experience with EDI data mapping or building custom reporting using a SaaS Platform preferred.

  • Experience with Healthcare EDI mapping, 5010 X12 healthcare transactions.

  • Experience managing multiple time sensitive projects at once. Project management certifications a plus.

  • High analytical skills, language and reasoning ability.

  • Demonstrated experience providing strong customer service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skill
