Responsibilities Sets up cafeteria lines with hot and cold food items. Serves food cafeteria style. Breaks down and cleans area when meals are complete. Operates dishwasher and scrubs pots and pans. Performs heavy duty cleaning tasks including washing walls, floors and kitchen equipment. Collects and transfers trash from work area to disposal area. May unload food from delivery trucks.
