YOUR ROLE

In this position you will coordinate and enable both Non-Discretionary and Discretionary medical activities within Germany & Austria to enable successful business deliverables, HCP endorsement, advocacy and organizational compliance. You will play a leading role in growing expertise, interacting with external scientific experts, and addressing business needs across regions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitating responses to questions on product efficacy, safety, and use from healthcare professionals (HCPs), consumers & other external parties. Supporting Pharmacovigilance activities.

  • Ensuring compliance with recognized medical and ethical standards related to the marketing of Personal Healthcare business products through medical governance policies and systems.

  • Leading/ Enabling the development of non-promotional and promotional content including Toolboxes, Educational Modules, Detail-Aids, Leave Behinds etc.

  • Reviewing and approving promotional and non-promotional externally focused materials, for both traditional and digital media. Defending challenges from authorities and competition.

  • Managing and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders to drive brand advocacy, build scientific credibility.

  • Oversee medical activities such as scientific symposia, sponsorships, advisory boards, expert meetings, and continuing medical education platform.

  • Providing medical intelligence on emerging therapeutic innovations.

  • Internally support product Life Cycle Management including regulatory, claims innovation and scientific support

  • Drive the scientific publication strategy on the dissemination of medical-clinical data

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a MD, PharmD or life sciences masters or PhD with 3+ years’ experience in Pharma/ Healthcare Industry preferable in area of medical affairs

  • Excellent German and English language skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Technical mastery in assessing scientific data and extract most relevant information

  • Passion for innovation, discovering new trends, learning, growing technical expertise and sharing across teams

  • Agility in creating solutions

  • Creative thinking when it comes to how to best use the science to drive our business with strong external focus

  • Experienced in engaging with Key Opinion Leaders
