Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Analyst Intermediate to join our team! In this role you will get to provide analytical assistance for the Missile Defense Agency’s Wargames and Exercises Directorate (MDA/DTW).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Receive, coordinate, and manage Agency and Directorate for Test tasks in the Task Management Tool. Provide recommendations to the government approval official and write and compile responses as necessary.

  • Conduct coordination, integration, and execution of Joint Event Life Cycle events with MDA, Combatant Commands, Services, Joint Staff, and other governmental agencies (OGAs) in support of MDA wargames and exercises events

  • Compile, edit, and provide briefing charts and written reports in support of MDA Wargames and Exercises activities to include, but not limited to: organizational staff calls, SITREPS, historical summaries, and other data requests as required. Products will be provided to the first line supervisor for review and approval before final product is submitted.

  • Assist scheduling and coordination of conference rooms and presentation centers to accommodate various Wargames and Exercises events and activities. This coordination may include logistics coordination to ensure safe delivery and receipt of mission equipment

  • Prepare and submit deployment rosters to track personnel status, location, and redeployment dates

  • Prepare memorandums and waivers for events that require senior leadership approval

  • In-process new contractors into the MDA and facilitate their arrival and onboarding in DTW. Serve as the liaison between DTW and contract leadership to ensure all administrative requirements are met in order to ensure new employees are efficiently in-processed into the Agency and DTW.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience

  • Active Secret clearance

  • Ability to quantify and conduct logical reasoning; products and associated processes are of a technical nature *(key requirement)

  • Able to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing *(strong writing is a key requirement)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of software and applications (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Must be able to work on-site at Schriever, SFB

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Systems/Programs is desired

  • Previous Military Experience is a plus but not a requirement

  • The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of the job – lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds; sit for extended periods of time; and use a personal computer keyboard and mouse

Salary Range:

$61,200.00 - $107,100.00
