Tent and Prop Installer: (6) Fulltime, Temporary, Seasonal, (H-2B) Jobs Available 04/01/2025-11/30/2025.

Employer: Total Events, LLC., 4021 State St., Schenectady, NY 12304.

Duties: Install, remove, maintain and clean tents and party props. Lifting requirement 40 lb.

Employer to provide transportation to and from multiple worksite in Schenectady, Albany, Saratoga and Warren counties, from designated location: 4021 State St., Schenectady, NY 12304.

No education or experience required.

Work Days: Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm, 40 hours/week at $20.94/hour. OT (0-10 OT hours/week) at $31.41/hour when available.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly on Monday.

All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees)

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
