Sr. Administrative Assistant - Eddy Senior Care - Latham/Rotterdam - FT Days

Our team is growing! We are in need of a Medical Records Senior Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for organizing, maintaining and securing electronic medical records. They would also coordinate provider requests for specialist visits, tests and expedited imaging requests/orders. They would also responsible for scheduling visits, arranging transportation and documenting in the medical records. They also help to obtain specialist visit notes and test results for patients/participants. They will work collaboratively with other departments/colleagues to meet participant and provider needs.

Candidate will be working in both Latham and Rotterdam offices.

Interested candidates should have previous medical office experience in a busy office. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills required. Hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday with no weekend hours.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Associates degree in related field with relevant experience.

  • Requires strong customer service skills, teamwork, and excellent organizational skills.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.92

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
