Job Summary
This position will require about 3 days of on-site working at our Schaumburg office (425 N. Martingale Road, Suite 1700, Schaumburg, IL 60173). There may be occasional local, day travel for events which will require a car and/or reliable transportation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop training programs and materials to meet the goals of the Residential Sales team.
Collaborate with T&D members and SMEs to write and develop learning objectives, eLearning modules, participant/facilitator guides, and presentations.
Create content to support learning that fosters change and drives performance.
Conduct needs assessments, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through development and training surveys.
Conducts in person and virtual training sessions.
Manage training library.
Gather feedback and make suggestions to increase engagement and effectiveness of training.
Assists with questions in our ticketing system.
Maintain current knowledge of new training techniques and developments.
Maintaining knowledge of company tools and technology.
Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and other training staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of related experience in designing training programs & materials
Ability to design and implement effective training
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
Proficient in Google Suite and Zoom
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
Strong organization with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Prior exposure to the real estate industry is a plus
