PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for an experienced Commercial Epoxy Floor Installer. We offer referral bonuses and health and life benefits.

Note:The pay rate for this job is $25 - $27 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare work areas for application

• Chip, scrape, grind high spots and ridges with power tools

• Mix ingredients to create compounds

• Will assist with unloading materials from truck to work areas

• Spread, level and finishing flooring material Smooth surfaces

 Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience

• Concrete work a plus

• Pays attention to detail

• Great work ethics and attitude

• Work well with others or alone without supervision

• Experience with surface prep equipment including Blastrac and Diamond Grinding equipment

• Material knowledge of Epoxies, Urethane Mortar, Trowel Downs

• Valid Driver's License

• Completion of surface preparation according to provided manufacturer and supervisor specifications

• Apply Paint / Coatings according to manufactures specs and supervisor directions

• Able to stoop, bend and stand

• Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day

• Possess tools of the trade

• Have reliable transportation to and from jobsite daily
