Position Summary:

The Client Success Manager (CSM) will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and

growth within the ASA. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for ASAs clients, ensuring

they derive maximum value from our suite of healthcare-focused assets. The CSM will work

collaboratively with internal teams and clients to align strategic objectives, provide tailored solutions, and

build strong, long-lasting partnerships.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of healthcare industry and group practice clients,

fostering positive, long-term relationships.

Understand client goals, challenges, and needs to recommend solutions that align with their

objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights to maximize the value of our products and

services.

Lead onboarding efforts for new and renewing clients, ensuring smooth implementation and

delivery of assets. Provide support for client inquiries and concerns and optimize their use of

ASA assets.

Collaborate with marketing, education, and product development teams to execute client-

related activities, such as hosting content or participating in events. Develop processes to

improve operational efficiency to support revenue growth activity.

Track and analyze client usage, satisfaction, and performance metrics to identify status within

various programs, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates on

program utilization, key performance indicators (KPIs) and program success.

Collaborate with Business Development team to present client business reviews to highlight

successes and align on future strategies.

Support industry partners and group practices participating in ASAs live events. Coordinate

with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless experience for industry and

group practice representatives, including booth placement, session participation, and

sponsorship deliverables. Anticipate and support addressing industry needs during the

meeting, managing onsite challenges with professionalism and efficiency.

Gather post-meeting feedback from industry partners and collaborate with teams to implement

improvements for future events. Track sponsorship fulfillment and post-event reporting,

including ROI measurement and benchmarking.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelors degree marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 4 years in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably within

the healthcare, not for profit, or event industries.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing activities in conferences and/or live programming.

Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and client-centric account management

processes.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Altai, Salesforce) is a plus.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stake holders.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service, communication (written and oral), listening, and problem-solving

skills.
