Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Automation Engineer (who specializes in Certificate Lifecycle Management) to join one of our top banking clients for a 12-month contract (plus extensions). In this role, you will join the bank's Automation Center of Excellence (COE) as a subject matter expert within Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) with the goal of optimizing and automating these processes. You will join this initiative in (and contribute to) its planning phases, starting by automating the CLM process within smaller applications before eventually ramping up to large-scale initiatives. You will be collaborating with various groups and other automation engineers (e.g., within security, applications, infrastructure support) as the CLM and ServiceNow/Venafi SME. Success in this role requires expertise with ServiceNow and Venafi workflows; hands-on experience with Ansible and Powershell; and a personality that "thrives in ambiguity", especially given the innovative and entrepreneurial nature of this group.
