Summary of Role
Reliability Expert for Technology Qualifications of advanced NVM.
Essential Responsibilities include
Prepare plans for reliability technology qualifications
C oordi nate and drive execution of reliability experiments
Assess the results, drive needed failure analysis and potential improvements
Report the results to internal projects as well as to clients
Collaborate in global teams within GF and externals partners like OSAT’s ( Outsource d Semico nd uctor Assembly and Test)
Other Responsibilities
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs .
Required Qualifications
Education – Graduating with Master or PhD in physics, electrical engineering, material science or related field from an accredited degree program .
Language Fluency - English and German (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior related internship or co-op experience .
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Solid knowledge of statistics and probability
