Actalent Engineering is looking for a Quality Assurance Vehicle Audit Engineer for a client involved in New Vehicle Development near Savannah, GA!

Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform complete electric Vehicle subsystem quality audits.

• Evaluate different vehicle subsystems after Enf of Line check. Recommend process and product improvements based on findings.

• Manage complete EV Static & Dynamic quality checks.

• Conduct customer audits for all EV models produce at HMGMA and create weekly reports.

• Perform EV analysis of subsystem issues and provide Non-conformance report to the responsible group when needed.

• Work with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

• Continuously improve the auditing/inspection and evaluation process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Preferences

Required:

A bachelor’s degree of higher

• Advance knowledge of EV subsystems. Efficient operation and management of vehicle audit and inspection procedures / methods

• Knowledge of automotive systems, including EV chassis, and electronic systems.

• Ability to understand, read and establish fluent technical English conversations.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Great problem definition and problem solution tool application

Preferred:

• Experience with projects that encouraged participation in related departments.

Travel Requirement

• Domestic / International travel required.
