Quartz is looking to add a Data Solutions Architect to our Enterprise Data Management Team. This role will partner with the business to define and document business requirements for the translation of business requirements into efficient and effective data implementations. This position will perform functional business process analysis, determine proper acquisition and ingestion methods, determine placement of content in data storage and presentation layers, and identify data relationships and data transformation requirements. The Data Solutions Architect will also work with a wide variety of business users throughout the company to evaluate the state of data and propose data design and development solutions that deliver information capabilities in a reliable, easy to use manner. This position will document systems to clearly communicate to technical and non-technical personnel the required development or modifications, and impact to other areas. Facilitates group discussions and join data design sessions with the business area subject matter experts. Designs data models and data processing flows for data acquisition, reporting and analysis. Develops, implements, and maintains standards and procedures concerning the design and use of data for compilation and delivery.
