About the Role
As the Email Marketing Specialist, you are a highly analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills and passionate about delivering the best in class marcoms for our clients and goes beyond “this is my job”. You’ll be highly organized and enjoy juggling multiple stakeholders and projects. To be successful, you must have a passion in Content Creation, Digital Media Design and Marketing Automation Technologies.
Develop and oversee digital CRM and Marketing communications for our clients
Work with the internal production and support teams to deliver existing campaigns and to support the development of new campaigns (EDM) and landing pages
Ensure a seamless email campaign process from design and development through to launch
Develop reporting capability and interpret/analyze channel performance and email deliverability report for delivery/presentation to client
Provide consultation and industry best practice advice to improve campaign performance, efficiency and the customer online journey
Preferred Skills and Experience:
3 years’ experience in email/digital marketing, including hands on experience in email development, execution and coordination
Understand responsive HTML email designs and CSS
Experience with web developer tools
Good data analysis skills and experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Previous experience building landing pages is desirable but not essential
Experience with enterprise campaign management tools, e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign or other is preferred
