Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual with experience in property maintenance to join our team of technicians! Technicians will be performing carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs across the facility and responding to work orders throughout the day. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of grounds ,amenities, building exteriors, and parking lots.

As a lead technician, you will be responsible for the supervision and training of other service technicians, as well as coordinating outsourced contractor services.

Hard Skills

• 2+ years of experience within property maintenance

• Well-versed in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

• Proficient use of a variety of hand tools

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Saratoga Springs, New York. You will be at the same location each day.

Shift

8:00AM-4:00PM

Monday-Friday

On-call as necessary (around one week per month)

Pay

$23.00-$25.00/hour
