What you will do

Kenvue Cyber is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SOX IT Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act as it relates to our IT systems and infrastructure. They will work closely with other members of the IT and finance teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain a strong control environment. The SOX IT Compliance Manager will also be responsible for liaising with internal and external audit to support the annual SOX IT audit process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT controls and testing processes across Kenvue

• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements related to IT compliance, and incorporate them into the program as appropriate

• Perform IT Compliance risk assessments on IT systems and infrastructure to identify potential weaknesses and areas for improvement

• Manage the annual SOX IT audit process, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient audits

• Provide guidance and training to IT and finance teams on SOX compliance requirements and best practices

• Develop and maintain metrics to measure the performance of the IT compliance program and communicate results to management on a regular basis

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the IT compliance program and identify areas for improvement

• Monitor industry trends and best practices related to IT compliance and incorporate them into the company's program

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve overall risk management and governance processes within the company.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• 5 years of experience in IT compliance or related field, with a focus on SOX compliance

• Strong knowledge of SOX regulations and requirements, including Sections 302 and 404

• Experience designing and implementing IT controls frameworks and monitoring programs

• Ability to identify and assess IT risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and regions of the organization

• Certification in IT audit or compliance (e.g., CISA, CRISC) is a plus
