Position Overview

As a Site Procurement Manager for Amazon Logistics, you'll be the crucial link between Global Procurement and Operations leadership, managing procurement operations for 15+ Delivery Stations and Sort Centers nationwide. You'll drive strategic vendor relationships, optimize procurement processes, and lead a team of procurement professionals.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of procurement analysts, ensuring compliance with Global Procurement Policies

• Drive strategic procurement initiatives and operational excellence across multiple sites

• Own end-to-end Procurement to Pay process (P2P)

• Manage facilities vendor, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, including:

o Janitorial services

o Pest control services

o Coffee/beverage vending services

o Energy management and utilities

• Collaborate with Finance to optimize budgets and track performance metrics

• Implement and maintain inventory for materials consumed in the operation, including packaging.

• Partner with RME to maintain optimal spare parts inventory

• Develop and nurture local supplier relationships

• Implement procurement best practices across sites

A day in the life

Your role combines strategic vendor management with practical operational oversight. You'll balance multiple priorities - from ensuring day-to-day facility services run smoothly to optimizing long-term procurement strategies. You'll work closely with facility managers to maintain site excellence while driving cost efficiencies through strategic vendor management and procurement optimization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;

  • Experience in Procurement or Supply chain positions;

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

  • Experience in vendor relationship management and contract negotiation;

  • • Advantage in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Procurement experience;

  • Experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems;

  • Experience on developing high-performing teams;

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree.
