Logitech Sales & Operation Execution Manager in Sao Paulo, Brazil

The Role :

Therefore we are looking for a talented and experienced Sales & Operations Execution Manager with a passion for data that uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, simplify and present complex supply chain data to enhance customer supply chain processes.

This is a critical role for the organization that will be developing an SO&E and Data Science capability in a lean but resilient team that reports into the Head of Customer Supply Chain LATAM. In a collaborative process with Region Commercial Organization and Strategic Partnership Accounts, you will actively build Top Accounts Forecasts, meeting customer expectation of in-stock, inventory, and events and promotional activities, communicate customer needs and requirements to supply chain partners to facilitate inventory planning and deployment.

You will also participate in formulating and implementing distribution and logistics strategies, supply chain processes and systems, and order planning and execution at strategic level, to ensure the right products are supplied into markets at the right time.

You will optimize inventory in the short term horizon stemming from gaps between actual demand and supply and will be working directly with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Supply Chain and Regional Commercial & Marketing teams, across S&OE processes and methodologies.

Job Description :

  • Work with Global Planning teams Commercial Organization to identify potential stock shortages and optimize/ execute supply allocations to meet regional demand and revenue targets

  • Work with Commercial Organization and potential Customers on Cross Collaboration to build Forecast Consensus and challenge the team on growth potential and Forecast Accuracy

  • Prepare and manage weekly/monthly S&OE meetings with demand & category planning, supply planning, and customer teams to mitigate demand and supply gaps in the short term horizon

  • Optimize supply through supply matching methodologies and expedite processes to meet regional revenue targets and service levels

  • Have a continuous understanding of the outcome of forecasts, demand reviews and S&OP and translate these into short term S&OE expectations

  • Inventory management including understanding and recommendations on excess and aging, inventory turn around times, rework and refurbishment activities

  • Analyze customer demand signals, run dates, channel inventory, WOH, OSA and others to ensure the overall channel is balanced

  • Drive collection of new data and refinement of existing data sources

  • Develop, mature, report and generate actionable insights in Key Performance Indicators such as OTIF, OTD, Scorecards and others

  • Support the Customer Supply Chain LATAM Leadership Team to enable high impact data driven decision making

Key Qualifications :

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience, preferable in the fields of Supply Chain, Operations, Demand Planning, Data Science or related fields

  • Having worked in relevant industries with a strong focus on Retail and/or exposure to category/channel management

  • An analytical mindset, able to analyze large amounts of data and make clear recommendations in high quality presentations

  • You must have an ability to motivate, influence, drive and adjust to change in a complex matrix environment that is constantly adjusting to changing business circumstances

  • Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative

  • You embrace continuous learning and process improvement

  • A strong hands-on mentality and drive to get things done

  • Good communications skills and judgment

  • Standing for fact-based communication

  • Advanced computing skills are essential, with significant advanced experience in analytical and database tools such as Excel, Tableau, Pentaho, OBIEE, PowerBI, and Basic MDX, VBA, R Script and/or SQL programming

  • You have to be comfortable in a dynamic and international environment, with a proven ability to adjust easily to different cultures

  • You understand business dynamics and context, and how your analysis and recommendations are impacting business decisions within all levels of the organization

  • Certified SCM, project management or continuous improvement accreditation such as Lean Six Sigma, PMM, Prince2, Scrum, Agile and/or APICS is preferred.

Education :

  • Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or similar discipline.

  • Fluent English and Spanish, verbal and in writing.
