Job Description

Our Marketing Analyst role focuses on participating on the implementation of all local marketing projects for Trek Brazil . Therefore, this role will entail someone having a project management attitude. Y ou will collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders and as well with our regional marketing team in Wisconsin -USA . You will receive a lot of information, and we need someone who is able to prioritize that information, think on their feet, and successfully hit scheduled deadlines. Our marketing strategy is focused on digital marketing; hence w e are looking for someone who is familiar with digital marketing channels and is comfortable with its ever-changing nature .

This position will report to the Marketing Supervisor located in S ã o Pa u lo , requires presence in the office a minimum of 3 days a week , availability to travel for wor k, and occasionally work on weekend events .

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns : Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads , ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.

  • Social Media Management and Content Creation : Oversee social media account (organic and paid content development, adaptation, and implementation), including community engagement.

  • Email Marketing : Implement email marketing campaigns, manage contact database with a focus on audience engagement and lead nurturing.

  • Website Content Management and Optimization : Coordinate with global development teams web content publication a nd implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.

  • Translations : Manage workload and projects progress with local translators and proof translation work.

  • Athletes/Brand Ambassadors Program : Support local strategy.

  • Events : Support local event organization and execution.

  • Retail : Support campaign execution and logistics , B2B communication , dealer programs or events.

    Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2 -4 years’ experience in marketing environment

  • A Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing or related field is required

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a must : social media, emails, google analytics , Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Excellent time management , organization skill and pro-active goal accountability

  • Ability to work well and build sound relationships with multi-disciplinary teams

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • English language proficiency is a must

    Desirable :

  • Engages in sports or is in some way involved with the cycling world

  • Sharp aesthetic sense.

  • Spanish is a plus.
