Cisco Leader, Regional Sales - Brazil in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Cisco seeks a Regional Sales Leader with a strong background in executive-level communication, building customer and partner relationships, and territory planning and segmentation. This role involves positioning and promoting the partner value proposition, leading account managers for the Select segment developing and reinforcing existing relationships.

In this role you'll lead an account team, looking after the Select accounts with customers from different industries. You'll be responsible for an annual booking/revenue quota with significant growth in subsequent years. Is part of your job, to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that enhance Cisco opportunities within the customer environment. Along with sales planning, you'll be responsible for accurate forecasting in this position. Must have sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.

You will work with a technical sales organization that includes account managers, systems engineers, and partners ecosystem.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses strategic technical knowledge and can succeed as a leader and mentor in a fast-paced and exciting sales environment.

BA degree - MBA or graduate degree preferred.

Sales management of a technical sales organization that includes account managers and/or systems engineers are needed.

Previous experience in closing large, strategic deals and developing a solid distribution channel.

Strong leadership skills in a global teaming environment and an understanding of carrier buying cycles are essential for the role

Understanding a broad range of Cisco technologies is required.
