Job Description

We are looking for a Jr Sales Manager, with passion and the vital knowledge to collaborate and contribute within our Internal/Field Sales Team in Belo Horizonte/MG, aggregating with the values of Leading, Selling, Winning.FIELD (External Performance)

  • Beauty Strategic Planning at key customer level: end to end planning (from strategy to execution) with customer team and the customer.

  • Exclusive Financial Support: deep granular analysis of promos, plans and price strategy. Influence sales team to negotiate and increase ROI and sales.

  • Develop Category Expertise : design and deploy trainings and support materials. Be the SPOC of Beauty Care category for the team and the customers.

  • Granular Sales Performance Analysis: sell in, sell out, inventory in the deepest sku level.

  • Granular Instore Execution: KBDs / price tracking.

  • Initiatives and Campaigns: exclusive and customized adaptation.

  • Specific Market Insights : use Market tools such as Nielsen / IQVIA / Scantech to penetrate the business results and gather insights.

Job Qualifications

  • Complete higher education

  • Previous experience in Sales considering active relationship with customers. (Differential: having managed competitive advantage vs. competition)

  • Previous experience in Beauty industries

  • Advanced English

  • Intermediate/advanced Office suite (in particular Excel)

  • Desirable knowledge in Power BI and Knime

  • Active Driver's License*

  • Reside in the place of vacancy or have availability for change

  • Mobility to move within Brazil throughout your career
