We have 2 positions and we are searching for the best talent for External Affairs Coordinator to be based in São Paulo, Brazil.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and implement short, medium, and long-term strategic plans and actions within a multifunctional team to address healthcare system challenges.

  • Identify gaps interdisciplinarity, produce studies, and define the most efficient strategies to support the company's external affairs plan.

  • Study scenarios, track and identify opportunities, risks, and trends in the political, sectoral, and health regulatory environment to analyze the present, prepare for the future, and point out pathways.

  • Ensure impact analysis on the business and execution of action plans with internal areas.

  • Develop and coordinate contact with representatives from trade associations, industry leaders, decision-makers, and other important stakeholders to enhance health public policies and the company's reputational impact.

  • Assist in the development of advocacy materials/subsidies that contribute to the decision-making processes of the strategic affairs manager and support stakeholder engagement activities in markets, including institutional positions, fact sheets, etc.

  • Assist the strategic affairs manager in contacts with authorities in institutional activities

Qualifications

  • Desired education in business, life sciences, or a related discipline, in International Relations or a related discipline.

  • Experience in the healthcare sector (preferably pharmaceutical industry) with multi-disciplinary expertise in areas such as government affairs/public policy, market access/HEOR, finance, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and marketing.

  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Leads through influence; can integrate and mobilize multi-functional teams; takes ownership and assumes the responsibility of the outcomes/results; makes things happen; organizational savvy.
