Fortive Corporation Intern Customer Service in Sao Paulo, Brazil

This is an intern position for the customer service area.

You'll stand out if you:

  • Must be available to work on-site at our office.

  • Are studying eletrical or eletronic engineering, expecting to graduate in July or December 2027.

  • Have strong English communication skills.

Main activities:

  1. Supporting end users and distributors to provide equipment specifications through phone calls, e-mails and chats.

  2. Assisting end users and distributors regarding equipment application queries and how to use the equipment's properly.

  3. Execute the warranty/defects products exchange process, trade-in, RBR (repair by replacement) or DOA (damage on arrival) processes to guarantee the customer satisfaction.

  4. Assist an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) requests such as spare parts prices and part numbers information.

Desired profile | Hard Skills:

  • Knowledge of Electricity and Electronics (basic concepts)

  • Knowledge of Metrology will be a plus

  • Advanced English language

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive adaptability - ability to identify opportunities and challenges through trends, data and information and be able to adapt to new scenarios.

  • Digital culture - create, engage for change through the use of digital resources.

  • Multifocal empathy - the ability to put oneself in "other people's" shoes, knowing that each party involved may have radically different views and needs.
