Purpose of the Role:

  • Implement and track the plans for the brand to increase category market share and improve financial results

  • Activate the brand in the Digital environment with specific target audience segmentation

  • Manage partner agency for the correct execution of the strategy

  • Identify new product and brand extension opportunities

  • Recommend ideas for product strategies based on analysis of available information

  • Ensure the link between the Marketing strategy and the Sales team through the IBE (Impactful Brand Experience)

Main responsibilities:

  • Recommend ideas for product strategies, based on analysis of available information

  • Lead innovation pipeline process

  • Activate the brand in the digital environment seeking for optimization of investment

  • Continuously experiment to reach the right audience segmentation

  • Collect and activate 1P data from our customers with the aim of building loyalty and increasing brand penetration

  • Design and activate strategies that seek long-term goals (Awareness / Distribution / Visibility / loyalty)

  • Recommend the positioning of the product according to the target audience

  • Recommend and lead selling price increase process and cost saving program to improve product profitability

  • Periodically check products against financial targets (profits, margins and sales)

  • Identify the positioning of the product in front of the target audience

  • Partnerships with the sales team and supply chain ensuring the correct execution of the 6Ps

  • Show how consumer needs and wants are integrated into the product development process

  • Understand the CBP process and implications for decision making

  • Conduct long-term planning

  • Conduct ROI pre-assessment and post-analysis, especially for promotions central and Shopper programs

  • Manage and constantly challenge the partner agency seeking optimization of campaign results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in Marketing/Trade

  • Advanced English - Desirable Spanish

It is desirable:

  • Digital Marketing domain
