As the Growth Markets Benefits Partner, you will support the TR benefit transformation in partnership with the Global Benefits Lead. Within the role, you’ll create a deep relationship with Growth Market regional teams to drive the benefits strategy across those locations.

What you will do:
Support the Global Benefits Lead executing on the Avanade benefit strategy and consistent core across Growth Markets
Review all Growth Markets benefit provision through employee experience lens ensuring alignment with Inclusion and Diversity strategies and company Employee Value Proposition
Ensure all Growth Markets benefits, including pensions are approved and compliant with Global policies
Partner with Marketing and Employee Brand to ensure regional benefit packages support the growth of the external and internal Avanade brand
Partner with Growth Markets HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure benefits are well communicated to support attraction and retention
Support regional HR teams to consistently use HR support for benefit administration
Skills and experiences
Excellent analytical skills & business acumen
Experience of Growth Market benefits - specifically some experience in benefits for Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and Brazil.
Deep knowledge of the benefits portfolio
Experience in benefit platform implementation
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experiences with benefit tools and broker relationships
