Primary Purpose of the Position: As a member of the Supply Chain Planning & Execution Team, the Senior Business Analyst provides analytics to support Ball Beverage Packaging North & Central Americas master supply planning and inventory planning processes and activities.

Essential Responsible Areas:

• Mine, collect & interpret various data sets related to Production, Sales & Inventory for use by Regional Fulfilment and Operations teams

• Identify opportunities for process automation, leading the development of solutions to support these opportunities

• Update and maintain weekly planning and reporting tools

• Participate in weekly master supply planning process meetings across the regional teams in North & Central America. Including but not limited to summarizing meeting notes, consolidated executive reporting and ensuring closure of action items

• Work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, logistics, operations, and strategic teams to drive process standardization and metric development

• Supports management using analytics to drive improvement in operational results

• Maintains and consolidates existing KPIs and supply chain metrics

• Create and maintain process documentation for master supply planning and Inventory planning processes and tools

• Create documentation for existing tools and standard work for the fulfillment planning tool set, including and not limited to: Excel based tools and Oracle Value Chain Planning suite

• Work across the Master Supply Planning team to maintain network sourcing rules based on a variety of supply chain optimization strategies

• Provide supply chain analytics as requested to support continuous improvement in the supply chain planning & execution processes

• Assist in setting up a central repository of information for the Supply Chain Planning & Execution team.

Position Requirement & Competencies:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree

• Advanced/Fluent English required

• APICS / ASCM certification preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of the following areas: JD Edwards, Oracle Value Chain Planning, APICS Production and Inventory planning methodologies, Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.

• Knowledge of other tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Snowflake, Power Automate and Python is beneficial.
