Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Associate MKT Analyst.

What you’ll do:

Job summary

The product expert will support the Product Expert Organization in providing information to customers, distributors & internal teams in order to help to transform opportunities into Sales orders. The product expert will provide direct feedback to customer technical inquiries and support customers in order to get sales, technical or ordering information.

The Product Expert plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our network of MReps and distributors. They guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of the product information provided to clients. They are responsible for the quality of product information, presentations and trainings (when applicable). Additionally, they ensure the timely delivery of parts or kits, in accordance with the deadlines communicated to the Sales and Marketing teams.

Job responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction and support our network of MReps and distributors. They guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of the product information provided to clients. They are responsible for the quality of product information, presentations and trainings (when applicable). Additionally, they ensure the timely delivery of parts or kits, in accordance with the deadlines communicated to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Manage product expert portal in order to provide direct feedback to the customer base

• Guide clients through technical solutions in order to provide ITD products

• Establish ITD product references and part number cross references

• Interact with multiple layers of the organization – product line marketing and field sales

• Assist in establishing product references, transmitting client drawings and 3D models and product performance

• Support status and client guidance through status of product lifecycle, REACH, IMDS, ROHS, etc.

Qualifications:

Education level required

• Bachelor's degree

Years and area of experience required

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Product line, customer service, inside sales or marketing

• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

Technical knowledge

• Ability to understand and explain ITD electrical connectors

• Strong analytic skills with knowledge of Eaton tools, products and processes

• Knowledge of analytical techniques for developing research and interpreting data is a plus."
