Location: Remote/Domestic travel

Shift: Flexible as needed (dedicated upon deployment)

Deployment: Project deployment to customer locations as needed

Pay Range: Based on skills and experience

Belcan is seeking an Advisor/Consultant - Plant Manager job to work for our customers throughout Mexico. As a Plant Manager subcontracted through Belcan, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our customers' manufacturing and supply chain operations. This position requires a leader with a robust background in manufacturing and supply chain management, capable of providing expert guidance and driving significant improvements.

Job Duties:

  • Deploy to customer sites as required, acting as an advisor and team member to address critical needs.

  • Oversee work planning, assigning tasks, and recommending production improvements.

  • Maintain operations in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Manage performance metrics and provide KPI reports to leadership.

  • Ensure quality standards are met and address non-conformity issues.

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure inventory control and meet production schedules.

  • Engage with various teams on-site to assess, mitigate, and implement solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional Degree

  • This position requires a bi-lingual candidate (fluid/conversational in English and Spanish)

  • Strong leadership experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments.

  • Capability to independently represent Belcan and manage multiple stakeholder interests.

  • Rapid deployment capability and flexibility in travel.

  • Experience in long and short-term project management, with a focus on process improvement.

  • Proficiency in KPI management, root cause analysis, and lean methodologies.

  • Mechanical and design aptitude, with hands-on manufacturing experience.

  • Knowledge of CAD Modeling and MS Office.

  • Background in cost reduction strategies.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Able to travel internationally (USA Mainly)
