The Role

Natural Resources Manager in Chile will be responsible for the client portfolio in Energy and Mining industries developing a strong partnership with current clients, ensuring high quality service and guarantee the successful renewal. Also, as the leader for the Natural Resources Budget will lead the sales strategies to develop new clients working together with the Client Management team and Specialist Industries in the Region.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure renewal of current portfolio in The Natural Resources industry clients

  • Develop and execute new business

  • Lead a team of Client Advocates in this industries

  • Execute Placement of the portfolio accounts

  • Work together with the Industry leaders within WTW to coordinate efforts and growth strategies

The Requirements

  • Professional with more than 8 years of experience in Insurance Market

  • Experience and knowledge in Energy & Mining Industries in general and specially in Chile

  • Client Satisfaction Oriented

  • Advanced level of English
