Your day at NTT DATA

Responsable de brindar un servicio administrado a los clientes para garantizar que su infraestructura y sistemas de TI permanezcan operativos. Esto a través del monitoreo proactivo, la identificación, la investigación y la resolución de incidentes y problemas técnicos. Su objetivo principal es revisar proactivamente las solicitudes o tickets de los clientes y aplicar conocimientos técnicos/de procesos para resolverlos sin incumplir el acuerdo de nivel de servicio (SLA). Este rol se centra en el soporte de segunda línea para incidencias y solicitudes de nivel medio de complejidad.

What you'll be doing

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Atención de solicitudes y requerimientos ABM (Alta, Baja y modificaciones) / MACD (Move, Add,Change,Delete)

• Atención de incidentes, fallas y degradaciones de plataforma del cliente.

• Apoyo al cliente final en levantamientos de información, investigaciones RCA, monitoreo proactivo.

• Apoyo y soporte en remoto/terreno por solicitudes con requerimientos técnicos.

• Creación de informes de estado de plataforma y vitalidad de tecnologías.

• Recomendación de mejoras en plataforma en base a experiencia técnica.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

• Estudios en Ingeniería en Conectividad y Redes, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Informática o afines.

• Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en roles operacionales.

• Certificación Palo Alto – PCNSE.

• Manejo de tecnologías Palo alto, Netskope y Cyberark.

• Nivel de inglés básico – intermedio (será evaluado).

REQUISITOS DESEABLES

• Manejo de tecnologías Checkpoint, Fortigate, McAfee, Proofpoint, Incapsula, Cortex XDR.
