Description We are looking for a meticulous Paralegal to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. The primary focus of this role is to provide support relating to trust and estate matters. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal with a certification or attestation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize trust and estate matters

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel to perform tasks and manage information

• Handle billing functions and claim administration efficiently

• Manage calendars and ensure proper scheduling of legal proceedings

• Prepare and brief legal teams on case specifics

• Handle complaints and other administrative tasks

• Utilize your management system skills to optimize workflow and processes

• Draft and prepare legal documents

• Conduct legal research and compile case studies

• Liaise with clients and legal professionals to manage cases effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Paralegal role or similar legal support position

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Management Systems

• Familiarity with Billing Functions and Briefing

• Proven ability to handle Complaint Administration

• Experience in Calendar Management

• Proficient in Claim Administration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field is preferred

• Paralegal certification is a plus.
