Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Description

The Executive Assistant will join a dynamic team of 4 other EAs, supporting 110 partners by managing various tasks as they arise. This role is unique as it involves supporting multiple partners rather than focusing on just one. Responsibilities include managing calendars, creating documents, handling Docusign correspondence, planning travel, managing expenses, preparing presentations, and more. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and self-sufficiency. Candidates should ideally have experience in a CPA firm or Financial Institution and be capable of managing time effectively, drafting and editing business correspondence, and assisting with client deliverables. Additional tasks include serving as a liaison for internal and external clients, managing engagement activities, supporting marketing/practice development activities, and participating in special projects as needed.

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

The role is fully remote, although the ideal candidate will be within driving distance to a California office.

Cities Include: Walnut Creek, San Francisco, Campbell, Salinas, Napa. Stockton, Santa Rosa, Ranch Cordova, Fresno, El Segundo, Irvine, Pasedena, etc.
