Position Snapshot:

• Role: Juvenile Hall Behavioral Health Clinician (Licensed LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)

• Location: Juvenile Hall, Santa Rosa, CA

• Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p (1 hour Lunch)

• Duration: Ongoing position

• Start: Immediate

  As our Juvenile Hall Behavioral Health Clinician, you'll:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for youth in Juvenile Hall

• Provide short-term support and therapy interventions

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including probation officers, educators, and medical staff

• Develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each youth

• Contribute to the rehabilitation and successful reintegration of young individuals

  What We're Looking For:

• Current California license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in good standing

• Experience working with adolescents, particularly in high-risk or justice-involved settings

• Strong assessment and intervention skills

• Ability to work effectively in a secure facility environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to undergo additional background check required by Juvenile Hall
