Position Snapshot:
Role: Juvenile Hall Behavioral Health Clinician (Licensed LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
Location: Juvenile Hall, Santa Rosa, CA
Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p (1 hour Lunch)
Duration: Ongoing position

As our Juvenile Hall Behavioral Health Clinician, you'll:
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for youth in Juvenile Hall
Provide short-term support and therapy interventions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including probation officers, educators, and medical staff
Develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each youth
Contribute to the rehabilitation and successful reintegration of young individuals

What We're Looking For:
Current California license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in good standing
Experience working with adolescents, particularly in high-risk or justice-involved settings
Strong assessment and intervention skills
Ability to work effectively in a secure facility environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to undergo additional background check required by Juvenile Hall
