Position Overview:

• Role: Associate Behavioral Health Clinician (APCC, AMFT, or ASW)

• Setting: Juvenile Hall, Santa Rosa, CA

• Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p (1 hour Lunch)

• Duration: Ongoing position with growth potential

  As our Associate Behavioral Health Clinician, you'll:

• Assist in conducting clinical assessments for youth in Juvenile Hall

• Provide short-term support and therapy interventions under supervision

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a secure facility setting

• Help develop and implement treatment plans for at-risk adolescents

• Gain invaluable experience in the juvenile justice mental health field

  Qualifications We're Seeking:

• Current California registration as an APCC, AMFT, or ASW

• Required: Significant experience working in a mental health setting

• Preferred: Experience in corrections or juvenile justice environments

• Strong assessment and intervention skills with adolescents

• Ability to work effectively in a secure, fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to undergo additional background check required by Juvenile Hall

• Collaborate with the team to refine treatment approaches for complex cases
