*Westside Investment firm seeking a Sr Tax Accountant *

This Tax accountant will part of tight knit tax dept within Investment firm.

Duties

· They will be tasks with perform tax withholding analysis on income distributions to investors

· Work with Fund Accounting team as well as Investor Relations team

· Work with external tax accountants to file annual federal, state and other returns for various limited partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations in compliance with laws and regulations within specified time frames.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's in Accounting or Economics

· 5+ Years of relevant tax experience

· CPA is strongly preferred.
