You use relevant external research to design, build and continuously improve effective solutions for the business.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Manage and drive global Talent Acquisition initiatives, Including candidate experience, New Hire onboarding framework, Campus go to strategy

  • Define and own employer brand, including Freshness, cookbook, playbooks and all collaterals

  • Embed initiatives across products and frameworks

  • Manage all global relationships (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Universum)`

  • Prior leadership level experience in talent acquisition framework development in a global multinational with complex matrix environments.

  • Advanced capabilities in presentation and business case creation

  • Experience working in cross functional teams on shared agendas.

  • Strong ability to influence resources in a global decentralized, matrixed environment up to senior executive levels.

  • Strong key stakeholder management skills that serve to influence and break down barriers

  • Benchmarking and analytical thinking that ensures solutions are measurable and have external validation whenever possible
