You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs

  • Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing

  • Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight tracking

  • Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases

  • Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly

  • Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan

  • Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend

What you need to know about this position:

  • key initiatives (launches and seasons) for the Wholesaler channel

  • Development of strategies and implementation of commercial plans for brands

  • Lead strategies and planning (mondelez/ Ricolino)

  • Ensure the execution of commercial plans at the Point of Sale

  • Manage budget allocations for trade marketing and sales promotions

  • Monitor and report on financial performance and deviations from targets

  • Delivering strategic plans, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth Targets

  • Analytical skills and business acumen Proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Business Administrator or similar

Job specific requirements:

  • Knowledge/ expertise in different channels and brands

  • Omnichannel/ multichannel profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales

  • Previous experience in transnational companies, distributors.

  • Ability to manage teams and lead strategic initiatives.

  • In-depth knowledge of the distribution sector and understanding of customer needs.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicutural and multidisciplinary environment.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Knowledge/ expertise in different channels and brands

  • Business visibility

  • Financial profile

  • Knowledge of information tools (Nielsen or ISCAM)
