You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, enduring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned

Develop system and process design (Blueprint) for S4/o9 Planning Excellence that meets business requirements and delivers globally efficient process. Drive automation and standardization. Lead LA Supply Planning regional implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business owner for the Supply planning functionality (business design and process sign-off)

  • Manage the decision-making process / change management activities

  • Accountable for timely delivery of documented business requirements and test scenarios

  • Perform Risk Impact Analysis and project dependencies from various other initiatives

  • Resolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver

  • Perform detail reviews of all project deliverables

  • Lead and participate in tests & cutover

  • Co-create o9 adoption strategy across Demand and Supply Planning

  • Anticipate and drive resolution for tool adoption barriers

  • Collaborate with Business Champions and Key User Community to drive drivedeployment

  • Co-create the strategy to sustain new planning capabilities after program completion and transition to BAU

  • Key member of new planning tool governance

  • Partners with other functions on enterprise planning process design

  • Participate in various workshops and design sessions

  • Responsible for successful delivery of implementation KPIs

Blue printing Responsibilities:

  • PLAN: Develop plan to deliver design (Blueprint), include regional representatives in Blueprint design sessions. Secure cross-functional collaboration.

  • WORKSHOPS: Lead design (Blueprint) workshops. Deliver and document Global Template for systems, processes, roles & responsibilities. Ensure solution meets business requirements, drive efficiency and automation, follow SAP standard set up. Document exceptions (e.g. legislation). Ensure clear documentation: systems, process, roles & responsibilities, and the right organization (MDLZ, Genpact, Accenture).

  • IMPLEMENTATION: Drive implementation in line with Global Template. Highlight exceptions. Develop Process Efficiency Index to measure compliance of local systems and processes to Global Template.

  • COLLABORATION: Facilitate end to end integration and alignment with other workstreams. Collaborate with regions to train new process and capture exceptions, if any.

  • KDDs, PROCESS DOCUMENTATION: Produce functional design documents for review and sign off. Lead preparation of KDDs: summarize options, Pro's & Con's, align with stakeholders. Document finance processes in designated tool.

  • TRAINING: Ensure training documentation completed and training executed for all users globally.  Ensure training material secured for future use by the organization with clear ownership determined

  • SOPs: Ensure BPO SOPs updated in line with new process and systems

  • TESTING: Ensure all test cases are available and complete.  Secure testing resources and lead to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test case execution. Co-ordinate and / or lead training.

  • GO-LIVE PREPARATION: Ensure any defects are fixed, tested and closed. Promote process understanding; ensure that roles & responsibilities are well understood.

  • OVERALL: Collaborate to ensure delivery of plan to agreed timelines and budget.

Additional Information:

  • 4 year degree required, Masters in related field preferred

  • Experience with IBP process / Supply Review - volume and revenue forecasting, knowledge about accounting policies

  • O9 / SAP knowledge about Masterdata governance (Product, Entity, Customer)

  • Knowledge about IBP process systems - APO, IBP 360, SAS, O9

  • Prior knowledge implementing O9 solution is preferable

  • Experience leading finance and cross functional workstream in global transformation programs in collaboration with external partners

  • Creative and leading edge thinking to drive standardization and efficiency; skilled in problem solving

  • Skilled in problem solving with experience in delivering large scale projects

  • Can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility.

  • Pro-active and excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and across regions.

  • 5 years / Strong experience in Supply Planning (Master Planning & Materials Planning)

  • Knowledgeable in Commercial and Manufacturing processes in your region to ensure seamless end-to-end process adoption

  • Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new capabilities.

  • Agile and Growth mindset

  • Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building

  • Credible within the broader Mondelēz organization to drive cross-functional change and adoption of system outputs

  • Experienced working in a matrixed organization with “dotted lines”

  • Robust communication skills to articulate the vision of the technology, the region, and the project to various functions

  • Leading functional team across LATAM (Team size 5 to 8 FTE)
