Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.

Repairs: Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs on various types of equipment, including motors, pumps, and conveyor systems.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical problems using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes.

Parts Management: Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and tools for repairs and maintenance tasks.

Experience with electrical is a plus

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time

• working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
