Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide both the financial and operational functions of our organization. This role is based in Vernon, California, and involves working across different sites. The CFO will take a lead role in financial management, operations, and real estate property management, particularly in multi-entity and multi-site environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the organization's financial and operational strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements through efficient financial reporting.

• Optimize efficiency across multiple sites and entities by implementing operational procedures.

• Collaborate with the executive team for strategic planning, new site development, and expansion.

• Oversee cash flow, capital expenditures, and risk management for real estate and property management portfolios.

• Continuously improve financial and operational processes.

• Provide leadership for mergers, acquisitions, and potential expansions.

• Lead interactions with banks, auditors, and external partners.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), establish performance benchmarks, and develop actionable insights to meet organizational goals.

Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position

• Proficiency in using 3M and ADP - Financial Services

• Must possess strong knowledge in Accounting Software Systems and Accounting Functions

• Proven expertise in Business systems and CRM

• Strong background in Auditing, Budget Processes, and Cash Flow Analysis

• Demonstrated skills in Capital Management

• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)

• Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus

• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and meet strict deadlines

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
