Job Description

To provide timely, courteous, and efficient scheduling and dispatching of service calls.

Job Requirements

• Hours of 8 am - 5 pm

• In-person work

• Able to demonstrate outstanding customer service.

• Capable of handling a large volume of calls with composure

• Ability to fully understand what is being communicated by clarifying with detailed questions.

• Attention to detail in data entry of work orders.

• Prior call center experience a plus.

• Ability to work closely with other dispatchers, CSRs, technicians, and managers.

• Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and dispatching software.

• Promotes teamwork and displays a positive attitude.

• Ability to organize your daily priorities.

• Willing and capable of handling additional work, or projects, as assigned by the call center manager.

  $20.00-$30.00 Hourly
