Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican (dhmf.org/dominican) is seeking a compassionate and team oriented Hematology/Oncology physician to join our revered and established practice in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a multi-specialty, physician-owned group that is a physician led and patient centered organization. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital (dominicanhospital.org) and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

• 4 day work week option

• 1:3 light internal phone call, 1:10 hospital call

• State of the art Infusion Center with Oncology certified RNs and a Chemo Pharmacist

Compensation*/Benefits Include:

• Salary*: $445,274 - $494,749

• Excellent earning potential, including a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

• $18,000* fellowship signing stipend
