Description

We are looking to hire an Operations Manager in Santa Clara, California. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. They will work closely with the sales team and report directly to the CEO and President.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities within the office.

• Maintain and manage QuickBooks for the company.

• Responsible for the calculation of monthly commissions through a Representative Profit Management System.

• Handle the payroll of the employees within the company.

• Prepare Business Reviews and business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Submit and conduct compliance tests for 401K contributions.

• Responsible for paying monthly bills and reconciling bank statements.

• Implement and manage web-based Supplier management systems.

• Support Inside Sales Personnel in their duties.

• Maintain and update Corporate PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations

• Must have Bookkeeping skills

• Data Entry skills required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of Payroll processes

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Ability to perform Data Extraction tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Ability to create PowerPoint Presentations

• Experience in Sales Support

• Office Administration skills required
