As an integral part of Intel's new IDM2.0 strategy, we are establishing Intel Foundry, a fully vertical, standalone foundry business, reporting directly to the CEO. Intel Foundry will be a world-class foundry business and major provider of US and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. Intel Foundry will be differentiated from other offerings through a combination of leading-edge process technology, packaging and committed capacity in the US and Europe

As an IP Ecosystem Quality Manager in Intel Foundry, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Intel Foundry IP Partner quality assurance program.

  • Own the timely and consistent grading of all IP titles available from the Intel Foundry ecosystem partners.

  • Present the program to new IP alliance partners and ensure partner compliance and participation.

  • Drive visibility and usage among Intel Foundry customers and internal teams.

  • Develop a set of documents, guidelines, and training material to ensure efficient onboarding of new users.

  • Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of continuous improvement items improving ease of use and content accuracy.

  • Coordinate and supervise the health and performance of the overall system, working closely with and providing guidance to Intel IT teams.

  • Collaborate with Intel stakeholders on review of IP, to drive corrective actions and follow-up when required.

The chosen candidate will also have the following skills in addition to the qualifications listed below:

  • Mission critical to be a team player, with a demonstrated experience in influencing cross divisional teams to collaborate.

  • Experienced in managing customer, supplier or partner relationships.

  • Understanding of foundry competitive landscape.

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy preparation and communication.

  • Experienced in support events, press release and promotions.

  • Experienced in cross-functional and highly matrixed environments.

  • Analytical skills and experience formulating clear partner and technology strategies with cross-functional teams. Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Capacity to deliver presentations to any audiences.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and repertoire of skills

  • Fearless mindset for growth and passion for continuous learning to present information and influence technical groups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field with 6+ years' experience in foundry or semiconductor industry.

  • 6+ years' experience in technical management, technical sales, or technical marketing at an EDA, Design IP or ASIC silicon IC company.

  • 3+ years of experience in any combination of the following: Program or marketing or product manager at a foundry, fabless semiconductor, or EDA/IP company

  • 2+ years' experience with design enablement based on foundry process technologies, with emphasis on foundation IP (standard cell libraries, SRAM, general purposes I/Os) and interface IP such as (DDR/LPDDR/HBM, HDMI, MIPI, PCIe, SerDes and USB) development.

How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience working in a Fabless-Foundry customer outreach environment.

  • Business acumen in the foundry or semiconductor IP is highly desired.

  • Familiarity with foundry supply chain and supply agreements.

  • Technical degree with MBA or other Advanced degree.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $144,501.00-$217,311.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
