Intel Ecosystem Promotion Lead in Santa Clara, California

Job Description

In developing and managing the Ecosystem for Intel Foundry Services, it is imperative that Foundry Services maintains a neutral position with respect to managing the Ecosystem. Individual Ecosystem Partners desire to assist Foundry Services, but they also desire to leverage their support to create a preferential position for themselves versus their competitors. The lead must have extensive experience in promoting partners while also ensuring that they do not put Intel in a compromised position.

Success in this role requires mastery of both the strategic and operational aspects that must be brought together to achieve impact at scale. This will include setting a strategy, defining a plan for how to achieve it, engaging appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts, setting metrics for success, and developing the reporting, analytics, and operations to support it and understand its success. Readouts to leadership, internal and external communications / enablement, and continued refinement of programs on an ongoing basis are also in scope.

Qualifications

Prerequisites:

  • Experience in major foundries or major ecosystem partners with a similar role

  • Experience working with peer Alliance heads (e.g. EDA Alliance, IP Alliance) to co-manage the promotional activities of Partners in forms of participation in Partner events, PR, and participation in Foundry Services Ecosystem events

  • Experience working with the head of promotions (SVP/CVP level) at the major EDA/IP Partners

  • Minimum 5 years' experience performing the above

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $195,317.00-$341,559.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
