Nvidia Director, Software Monetization Operations in Santa Clara, California

We are seeking a Director, Software Monetization Operations at NVIDIA in Worldwide Sales Operations team. In this role you will help build NVIDIA’s M&A offer integration framework and lead operational implementation of offers! As we continue to scale software monetization and cross-organization initiatives, new business models and policies are imperative to our company’s successful growth.

What you’ll be doing:

As we grow and expand software monetization footprint, operationalization strategy and execution of software imperatives are key factors in our success. We are looking for an outstanding candidate that can:

  • Work cross-functionally on M&A initiatives for cloud, on-premise and hybrid SaaS/XaaS/Managed Services models, onboard offers and build, maintain scalable operational processes for M&A activity including a rinse/repeat framework.

  • Lead acquisition integrations for product and technology onboarding, data integration strategy and other operational elements of M&A work

  • Build and maintain a framework and playbook for future M&A activity based on industry standard methodologies

  • Strategize and develop use cases and business requirements for software systems and capabilities

  • Understand requirements, validate design and operationalize software business models

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or related field from an accredited university,

  • 15+ overall years of prior experience in M&A integration work and software operational transformation projects and 7+ years of management experience.

  • Prior M&A experience specifically with software offer and business model integration is required. Experience working with quote-to-cash systems, SAP, and proficiency in IT infrastructure, licensing and cloud provisioning technologies

  • Software business domain knowledge (experience in enabling Enterprise Software products, services and business models)

  • Ability to think critically and identify critical issues associated with end to end solutions for business use cases. Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to strategize and operationalize processes; curiosity

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; self-starter

  • Strong multi-functional communication, collaboration, program management and time management/ organizational/ interpersonal skills

  • Adapt quickly and go out of your comfort zone to get the job done

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Specific experience building an M&A function or sub-function within an organization including frameworks, playbooks and standard processes

  • Experience in business solutions/system implementation in the areas of Licensing, Entitlement Management, Subscriptions/Billing, Master Data Management/SW Product configuration, Business Intelligence (business SME in one or more functional areas) and crafting business policies for Software operations

  • Background in Cloud Operations and Enterprise SaaS/XaaS, Managed Services

  • Flexibility and agility to deal with constant change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

The base salary range is 236,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
